Jackfruit, really? Yes! While this crazy-looking fruit from Malaysia has a pungent (some would say yucky) smell, it’s starchy, savory, and has a texture similar to pulled or shredded meat. Perfect for tacos!

Try these easy-to-make, delicious, plant-based tacos this weekend. Top with salsa, fresh cilantro, avocado and…yum!
