- A kick-off call to discuss your health and fitness goals, preferences, limitations.
- Customized workout videos* based on your fitness goals and preferences. Hate burpees? Bad knees prevent you from doing high-impact cardio exercises? Prefer using hand weights or resistance bands for muscle toning/strengthening? No problem. It’s YOUR workout.
- Nutrition guidance* We’ll look at your food choices and habits then discuss changes needed to help you reach your goals.
- A weekly check-in call to discuss your fitness and nutrition progress and any necessary adjustments.
- One-on-one support and motivation.
- A printable workout calendar so you know which days to do which workout.
- Access to the private Let Fit Happen Facebook group for additional support and motivation from me and the Let Fit Happen tribe.
*My Fitness Philosophy
My fitness programs typically focus on HIIT (high intensity interval training) and resistance/strength training because these exercise forms are:
- suitable for all fitness levels and
- very effective for burning calories, blasting fat and toning your body in LESS TIME.
I also include flexibility training, often overlooked, to help you move easier, prevent injury (during exercise & everyday life), and improve your posture.
*My Nutrition Philosophy
I believe weight loss is achieved and maintained by eating high quality foods in common-sense portions. While I suggest using a food journal for few days to get an accurate picture of your typical diet, I’m NOT a fan of calorie counting. Making dietary changes is hard enough without having to track every bite of pasta and every peanut you put in your mouth! When you eat healthy foods mindfully (aka eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full), you will get leaner and healthier. This is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle.
By the end of this custom program, you will feel yourself getting leaner and stronger, and have more energy.
