Sometimes you just need a JUMP START!
Maybe your motivation to workout has faded a bit lately. Maybe it’s been a few weeks… maybe it’s been a few months. It’s OK! It happens to ALL OF US, including me!
A GREAT way to get back into your exercise routine is to… start slowly! This way, you allow your muscles & joints time to warm up and remember how GOOD it feels to move! And… by doing a short workout or a walk several times a week, you’ll be back in the habit in NO time.
Do this program for a week and see how you feel. If you more time to get re-motivated… do this program for another week, then if needed… another. Repeat this program until you feel ready to jump into a 4-week program (e.g., Burn & Build 1 is a great next option).
*I suggest you schedule your workouts Monday thru Friday to leave your weekends open for other fun activities but of course you can do these workouts on YOUR SCHEDULE!
