Includes:

- ~30-minutes or less (including warm-up & cool-down).
- NO impact, low- and high-intensity options.
- No equipment needed.
✔️ Printable workout calendar to track your workouts.
Weekly Schedule:
- Mon: HIIT it & Quit it (high intensity interval training)
- Tues: Tone & Tighten (body-weight resistance training; use hand weights as desired)
- Wed: Flex Flow (flexibility training)
- Thurs: Tone & Tighten
- Fri: Core Strong (core-specific resistance training)
I suggest you schedule your workouts Monday thru Friday to leave your weekends open for other fun activities but… you can, of course, do these workouts on the days that fit YOUR SCHEDULE!
