This 4-week* toning-focused program is designed for people who have been exercising consistently for at least one month and who want more strength/resistance training in their week.

- Mon: Tone & Tighten (body-weight resistance training; use hand weights as desired)
- Tues: HIIT it & Quit it (high intensity interval training)
- Wed: Tone & Tighten
- Thurs: Flex Flow (flexibility training)
- Fri: Tone & Tighten
I suggest you schedule your workouts Monday thru Friday to leave your weekends open for other fun activities but of course you can do these workouts on YOUR SCHEDULE!
*NOTE: Non-members have 5 weeks to complete this program (starting from the date of purchase). This allows additional time at the end to make up the few workouts you might miss due to your busy life or those you miss if you start the program mid-week.
