This 4-week program is designed as a continuation of Burn & Build 2.
Includes:

- ~30-minutes or less (including warm-up & cool-down).
- NO impact, low- and high-intensity options.
- No equipment needed.
✔️ Printable workout calendar to track your workouts.
*NOTE: There are 5 videos available for you each week BUT… YOU DECIDE which workouts/stretch sessions YOU want to do (depending on your schedule and your goals).
Weekly Schedule:
- Mon: HIIT it & Quit it (high intensity interval training)
- Tues: Tone & Tighten (body-weight resistance training; use hand weights as desired)
- Wed: Core Strong (core-specific resistance training)
- Thurs: Tone & Tighten
- Fri: Flex Flow (flexibility training)
I suggest you schedule your workouts Monday thru Friday to leave your weekends open for other fun activities but of course you can do these workouts on YOUR SCHEDULE!
